I will be blogging about wealth creation in my blog. I am not a millionaire yet but I hope to become one in 10 years’ time. I invest most of my money in mutual funds a.k.a unit trusts.
I have been investing in mutual funds since 2003. This is a safe way to grow your wealth as long as you have a diversified portfolio and a long time horizon (5 years and above). You never know when a fund or market would take a hit which cause your profits to reduce or even become negative. That’s why it’s important to view mutual funds as a longer term investments as the market tends to go up in the long run. I will cover more on the benefits of investing in mutual funds in my future posts. That’s all for now!
